What is Coherence?

Coherence is a framework for creating fulfilling success for humans and human enterprises. By connecting Purpose with Performance. Purpose translates into performance through a series of "lenses". Acknowledging and aligning these lenses creates the clarity that allows purpose to align with Performance. 


Some of  features Coherence are : 

1. Recognizing the cascade - where a deeper / intrinsic human quality guides and defines the successively more outward oriented qualities; eventually resulting in the outcome valued by our stakeholders. 

2. Engaging Mind and Heart – where the logical and emotional aspects at each level are dynamically congruent. For organization, this speaks of the resonance between the “Strategic Cascade” and the “Cultural Cascade”.

3. Aligning with Intent : On an ongoing basis, systems are oriented toward serving the expectations of their stakeholders. However, over the longer term, we find that the commitment towards stakeholders is a tangible reflection of a deeply held Purpose. Over the long term, Coherence unfailingly serves our intrinsic Purpose.

How is Coherence Deployed?

While we have our perspective on what might constitute a "whole" in any context; we do not pre-suppose the clients' needs.  We build appreciation for the context and the dilemma and provide solutions as sought by clients; taking care to ensure that they are Coherent in terms of the cascade, the resonance between logical and emotional aspects and the consciousness of the explicit outcomes sought.

He mines and leverages his experience of over 25 years in operating and consulting roles with Procter & Gamble, Mercer, Merck and Co. Inc. and Russell Reynolds Associates and a decade long stint as an independent Leadership and Organization Design Advisory to bring alive individual and organizational Purpose and ignite Performance.

Aditi Kumar - Principal Affiliate

 Aditi is the Founder of Avyansh Leadership Solutions and our Primary Affiliate.
