Coherence is a framework for creating fulfilling success for humans and human enterprises. By connecting Purpose with Performance. Purpose translates into performance through a series of "lenses". Acknowledging and aligning these lenses creates the clarity that allows purpose to align with Performance.

While we have our perspective on what might constitute a "whole" in any context; we do not pre-suppose the clients' needs. Family Businesses are a major influence in any nation's economic as well as cultural framework and outcomes. These can be places of great contribution, creativity and affiliation. However, they too are subject to entropy as different generations, extended family stakeholders, professionals, advisors and Boards bring well intentioned divergence based on their own needs and worldviews. Radhika has been a sounding board and evangelist of Coherence in its evolving Avatars. She is the lifelong Principal Consultant at Quadrangle Consulting Services Private Limited; but an invaluable and inseparable partner in the journey of Coherence.
Radhika departed the world in 2024, but her spirit lives on in what Coherence is and will become.
