Dheeraj thinks of Coherence as a Life Mission in addition to being a framework for Human enterprise. He has an experience of over 25 years in operating and consulting roles with Procter & Gamble, Mercer, Merck and Co. Inc. and Russell Reynolds Associates and a decade long stint as an independent Leadership and Organization Design Advisor.
Aditi Kumar - Principal Affiliate
Aditi is the Founder of Avyansh Leadership Solutions and our Primary Affiliate.
For Coherence, she is the primary sounding board for new ideas and all sorts of moral dilemmas in addition to being an invaluable partner in serving clients.
To us, she role models the power of being in the moment. She particularly excels in helping people see and understand the magic of relationships in their every day lives.
For organizations, she is passionate about helping create a values driven culture that in turn leads to deep employee engagement and business results
Radhika Bhalla - Moving Spirit
Radhika has been a sounding board and evangelist of Coherence in its evolving Avatars. She is the lifelong Principal Consultant at Quadrangle Consulting Services Private Limited; but an invaluable and inseparable partner in the journey of Coherence.
Radhika departed the world in 2024, but her spirit lives on in what Coherence is and will become.
